Cytometric analysis of proliferation & cell death

The Meeting assumed a working knowledge of flow cytometry and topics covered included established techniques such as DNA content measurement, cell kinetic analysis by nucleotide incorporation and dye dilution and methods to detect cell death and apoptosis. Newer methods and imaging technology were also covered.
