 infocus is the relaunch of ‘Proceedings’ the magazine of the Royal Microscopical Society. It contains articles on microscopy, details of society meetings, book reviews, abstracts, reports on scientific meetings and information on new microscopes and accessories.
infocus is circulated to all members of the Society worldwide, and to paying subscribers. Every reader has an expressed interest in microscopy. There is no possibility of duplicate copies being sent to the same individual.
Four issues of infocus will be published in 2008:
Issue 13 is published in March
Issue 14 is published in June
Issue 15 is published in September
Issue 16 is published in December

infocus is sent free to all Members of the Society.
The circulation, including outside subscribers, is 2,000.
infocus contains a New Products and Corporate News section which is designed
to provide readers with the latest information on new equipment.
Inclusion of press releases is free to companies who have advertised during the
previous twelve months.A charge will be made to non-advertisers for each press
release published, £95 + VAT if a colour picture is printed, and £60 + VAT for a
black & white picture or no picture. |

infocus is published by offset lithography and copy should be sent in electronic form, ie CD, Zip, email or direct to ISDN No. 01865 864935.
Digital files
Please supply ads as high resolution, CMYK (300dpi) Tiff, JPEG or EPS files.
PDF files can also be accepted, these need to be produced at 300dpi, CMYK, with fonts embedded. Quark, Illustrator, Pagemaker or In Design files are also acceptable, providing they are accompanied by the linked image files and fonts where appropriate.
