Event Description
UK SPM 2009 will be held in the impressive modern NPL building which houses state of the art lecture theatres and excellent facilities for the exhibition and poster session.
A wide range of topics associated with scanning probe microscopy be covered, including main techniques such as atomic force microscopy and scanning tunnelling microscopy as well as more specialised versions. A wide variety of applications from biological molecules, biomaterials, polymers, crystals, metal and catalyst surfaces, nanostructures, nanomanipulation, instrument and probe development, and more, are likely to be explored.
