RMS Ambassador’s latest project featured on BBC News
Artist collaborates with experts at Kew to produce stunning images of plant seeds
Striking images of plant and tree seeds created by RMS Ambassador Rob Kesseler are the subject of a special feature on the BBC News website.
The artist, a professor at Central Saint Martins College, worked alongside experts at Kew in London in a project focusing on species thought to be particularly resilient to climate change.
The seeds were chosen based on characteristics such as resilience to drought and diseases, and suitability to increased global temperatures.
Rob created the incredibly detailed, colourised images using a scanning electron microscope (SEM).
