Keynote Speaker

Modern biology generates vast amounts of data, making computational literacy a necessity rather than a luxury; we no longer have the ability to pass off the handling, storage and analysis of our data entirely to other people. This is especially true in domains such as flow cytometry where even small analyses generate staggeringly large amounts of data. In this talk I will highlight the transformative potential of computational skills in cytometry. You will gain insights into how adopting programming, data management, and command-line tools can improve your research, enhance data integrity, and open new avenues for advanced analysis and automation. This talk is designed for biologists with little to no prior coding experience.
