Agreement

(1) I understand that the Royal Microscopical Society will arrange for collection, within Mainland UK, of the RMS Microscope Activity Kit, and will cover all costs of transportation within Mainland UK. An additional charge may be required dependent on location. ^*

(2) Within two weeks of the end of the loan period, I agree to provide details of how my School used the equipment beyond the six lessons that were provided with the Kit. ^*

(3) I understand that if I do not have the RMS Microscope Activity Kit ready on the agreed date of collection I must arrange for it to be returned to the Royal Microscopical Society and my School will be liable for any costs incurred. ^*

(4) In the case of (3) above, I understand that if the Kit has not been returned to the Royal Microscopical Society within 14 days of the original agreed collection date my School may be invoiced for the full cost of the RMS Microscope Activity Kit. ^*
