Morphometry

Can anyone suggest a free Imaging analysis software which automatically measures cell shapes, changes in cell shape and diameters, migration and migration speed, cell volume and other morphological features. The software has to work with transmitted light images.

Perhaps try Fiji https://imagej.net/software/fiji/
It has a lot of plugins for many purposes https://imagej.net/list-of-extensions

thanks for your reply. I will ask Daniel which by chance is an old colleague for help with Arrivis. Does your cortical module work with Arrivis?

I would suggest Zeiss ArivisPro cloud. daniel.hansen@zeiss.com may be able to send you some how-to videos. The cloud version is free. We have a cell cortex model already which could help you gain a start.
