21st International Microscopy Congress (IMC21): Abstract submission is open!

Abstract submission for submitted talks and poster presentations is officially open for the 21st International Microscopy Congress (IMC21).

 

"The Next Generation – Embracing the Responsible AI Revolution"

As anticipation starts to build ahead of the ‘Olympics of Microscopy’ next summer, now is the time to join our impressive line-up of speakers covering all the latest techniques and applications in microscopy.

Held every four years since 1954 and attracting hundreds of delegates from across the globe, the congress features world-renowned plenary speakers alongside an extensive trade exhibition with leading companies launching groundbreaking new instruments.

IMC21 will feature over 30 congress sessions spanning three symposia – Instrumentation, Life Sciences and Physical Sciences. The overarching theme of this year's congress is titled: "The Next Generation – Embracing the Responsible AI Revolution"

The congress will also host a world-class exhibitionpre-congress workshops, the Young Scientists Assembly (YSA/ECR) and more, it’s simply the place to be for anyone who uses a microscope for work, study or pleasure.

IMC21 is organised by the Royal Microscopical Society (RMS), working in partnership with the International Federation of Societies for Microscopy (IFSM) and the University of Liverpool. It will take place at the superb ACC Liverpool venue, overlooking the city’s iconic waterfront.
