Fusing the AFM with a spectrometer (tuned for speed and offering achromatic optics at 95% reflectivity) means super quick grating swaps and broad wavelengths - perfect for Raman and PL imaging. Further, the simultaneous correlation of topographic, mechanical, magnetic, electrical, and chemical maps reduces the handling time of samples and boosts confidence in results. With minimal training, maximum benefit can be achieved with users getting up and running in under five minutes – ideal for shared facilities and labs new to AFM-Raman.
