Happy New Year Members old and new
As we move into 2025 the committee are currently hard at work behind the scenes organising the annual ACEM conference which will be a fantastic event so here is an early save the date for your diary.
Date for the Diary 25th & 26th June 2025
This year the ACEM Conference is a two day event, the first day will be a traditional ACEM day covering a range of topics including Renal, GI and Neuropathology. The second day is a little different and is the exciting launch of the 5th Edition Ghadially’s Ultrastructural Pathology of the Cell and Matrix.
This an excellent opportunity to learn more about the ultrastructure of the cell and matrix or indeed expand or refresh your current knowledge as each chapter is being presented in person by a range of EM enthusiast from around the world. There is also the opportunity to ask questions and even get your new booked signed!. The cost of the book is approximately £216 and is available for pre-order soon.
The meeting is being held in the beautiful Belgian city of Ghent this year with early bird registration open until 31 May 2025. PathSoc normal concessionary rate for registration is available and there may be bursaries available to help with the added cost of travel etc, please see links below
