mmc2027 - Save the Date!

Preparations for Microscience Microscopy Congress 2027 (mmc2027 incorporating EMAG 2027) are already gathering pace at the Royal Microscopical Society (RMS)!

Hot on the heels of delivering a highly successful IMC21 earlier this month, the Society is turning attentions to its flagship event - from 6th - 8th July (with pre-congress events on Monday 5th).

The Congress, taking place at the iconic Manchester Central venue, will feature a blockbuster conference programme with 36 sessions covering the full range of microscopical techniques across the sciences. Details of these are already starting to take shape on our official mmc-series website, and abstract submissions are expected to open later this autumn.

Meanwhile, the world's leading companies in microscopy and imaging technology will be showcasing their latest products - all under one roof - at one of the biggest exhibitions of its kind. And if all that wasn't enough, mmc2027 will also feature a wide range of pre-congress events, workshops, poster sessions, social events and more! Whatever your interest in microscopy, there is sure to be something for everyone.

RMS Chief Executive Sali Davis said: "Time certainly flies and we're already looking ahead to mmc2027! It's always incredibly exciting to welcome the global microscopical community to our flagship event, and I would urge everyone to save the dates for next July.

"Hosting the recent IMC21 in Liverpool was a fantastic experience for the Society, and we will certainly be putting everything we have learned to good use in our efforts to stage what we hope will be one of our biggest and best 'mmcs' next year."
