Open call to all the bioimage analysts and data scientists to contribute to the Journal of Microscopy special issue with focus on tools and workflows for image analysis and data management in imaging.

Guest editors: Rocco D’Antuono (The Francis Crick Institute), Chas Nelson (University of Glasgow), Laura Murphy (University of Edinburgh).

Extended Deadline: 1 October 2023

Papers should be submitted through ScholarOne Manuscripts. Please choose the paper type ‘Themed Issue’ and indicate in the covering letter that the paper is part of the “Data Analysis in Imaging” special issue.
