About Conor
I’m a postdoc focused on FLIM-FRET biosensing and protein engineering. I developed Cascade FRET to study vinculin tension sensing during the maturation of focal adhesions. I also purify and characterise fluorescent proteins and their mutants in both vivo and vitro. I’m currently working on combining cryo-EM, FCCS and FLIM to dissect adhesion complexes in 3D cancer models.
