Register to attend the SEMT 2025 Meeting
The Royal Microscopical Society (RMS) is pleased to be supporting the SEMT meeting registration process.
You can choose to attend in-person or online. In-person registration includes access to the meeting, refreshments and lunch.
Registration will close on Tuesday 2nd December 2025.
Financial support
A limited number of bursaries up to the value of £200 are available on a first come first served basis for students, early career microscopists (academic or industrial) or other microscopists with limited access to travel funds, to fund costs associated with attending the meeting. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to the society. Deadline for applications is 1st December 2025.
Meeting details
We are planning for an in-person meeting and will be streaming the meeting live for people who wish to attend virtually. Because we will have all of the normal costs associated with running the one day meeting, including room hire charges, speaker travel, and other affiliated costs, the registration fee is the same whether you attend in person or stream the event, £50. Details of how the meeting will be streamed will be sent to registrants on the 2nd December.
