Sessions
A provisional programme will be provided shortly. This year's programme will include the following sessions:

There is also opportunity to register for one of two optional facility tours: Nano Centre Tour and Cryo-EM & Technology Facility Tour. These have a limited capacity and do need to be registered for in advance via the event registration form. If you have already registered and would like to go back to add it on, please email katie@rms.org.uk.
Timings
The programme will start with lunch at midday on Thursday and will close on Friday after lunch. This will be an in person meeting and there will not be the opportunity to attend online. There will be a meeting dinner on the night of Thursday 8 February, this is included in your registration. If you do not wish to attend the dinner, or are unable to, please let me know.

Registration
This meeting is free to attend for academics and all those who are not from a commercial organisation. This registration includes a place at the meeting dinner.
You will have the opportunity during the registration process to advise us of your dietary requirements.
Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees. Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting. If you have any questions, please contact the RMS event contact for this event.
Commercial Attendees / Sponsorship
Bookings for sponsorship are now open. Once sponsorship tickets are booked, you will receive a discount code for your commercial attendees to register for the event. If you have any questions regarding the event sponorship, techno bites, or commercial attendee tickets please contact Nick Cameron.
Accommodation
Please note accommodation is not included in your registration. The University of York are able to offer discounted rates at the following link Hotel Indigo. Alternatively there are a number of budget hotels available within York.
Attendee Information
Further information will be sent out to you, by email, nearer the time of the meeting. A pdf meeting booklet will also be sent out to you, by email, just before the meeting. To be more sustainable we will only be providing an electronic copy of the pdf booklet.
Covid-19
Attending RMS Events
We are not requiring people to test for covid-19 in order to attend our events, however, we advise anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 not to attend our in-person events. The list of recognised symptoms can be found at gov.uk.
Masks and face coverings at events
The RMS has been following government guidance with regard to wearing masks and face coverings in public spaces.
We are not mandating that attendees must wear masks at RMS events, but we welcome anyone to do so if they wish.
There will be spare masks, hand sanitiser and covid tests available at the RMS welcome desk for anyone that requires them.
