Timings

The programme will start at midday on Thursday 4 January and will close on Friday 5 January after lunch. This will be an in person meeting.(Lunch is not included on Thursday 4 January, and will not be provided on site, therefore, we strongly suggest to procure yout lunch independently).

There will also be a meeting dinner on the evening of Thursday 4 January, the cost of this dinner is included in your registration. If you do not wish to attend the dinner, or are unable to, please let me know in advance after you have registered to attend the meeting. On the departure day, lunch boxes will be given to take away.

 

Registration

Registration for the in-person meeting is now close. However, there is the opportunity to register for access virtually and is free to attend for academics and all those who are not from a commercial organisation. 
 

In-person meeting

Registration includes a place at the dinner. You will have an opportunity during the registration process to advise us of any food allergies and/or dietary requirements.

Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees only. Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting.

If you are not an academic and are from a commercial organisation, you will need to pay to attend this event. The charge per person to attend will be advised shortly. Your ticket will include attendence to the meeting and the meeting dinner. It will also include your company logo on the sponsors page of the website, in the PDF digital booklet and on the holding slide at the event.

Accommodation

Accommodation for this event is not included. However, we do suggest to contact the Village Hotel in Edinburgh if you want to book a room.

 

Attendee Information

Further information will be sent out to you, by email, nearer the time of the meeting. A PDF meeting booklet will also be sent out to you, by email, just before the meeting. To be more sustainable we will only be providing an electronic copy of the PDF booklet.
