Registration Fee £50

Registration includes attendance to the meeting, lunch, and refreshments.

You will have an opportunity during the registration process to advise us of any food allergies and/or dietary requirements. Attendees must make the RMS aware of ANY requirements. If you have any concerns or wish to discuss this further, please contact the event organiser Jess Cole.

Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees only. Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting. Registration must be paid in FULL prior to the event for you attend.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of booking you have agreed to abide by the Code of Conduct set out for all attendees at RMS Events.

This meeting will take place at The Royal Society of Chemistry, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0BA

 


Travel Information 

The nearest London Underground stations are: 

Green Park (Victoria, Jubilee and Piccadilly lines) and Piccadilly (Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines).

There is no parking available at the Royal Society of Chemistry.


Accessibility 

The RMS want to ensure that all attendees have the best possible experience. If you have any accessibility needs or require any adjustments to participate in this meeting please feel free to let me know, [email protected], so i can try my hardest to ensure everything is in place for you when you attend.

The venue can provide a mobile ramp to access the building.
Toilet facilities are located at ground floor level.
A lift provides easy access to the Library on the first floor.
A hearing loop is available in the Library.
Assistance dogs are allowed in the building.
When entering the courtyard, there’s a map that shows where the RSC is located. There will be additional signage directing attendees within the building. 
The courtyard outside the venue is cobbled.
From Green Park or Piccadilly Station, the streets are paved.

Programme Booklet

The RMS are committed to reducing waste and making all of our activities more sustainable. With this in mind we have reduced the amount of printing associated with our events, turning to online solutions, therefore, we will only be providing an electronic copy of the programme. A PDF meeting programme will be sent out to you, by email, nearer the time of the meeting.
