SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorship of the Event including 1.5 Day Exhibition

This includes the following: 

  • Sponsorship of the event including exhibition space (table, seating, and electrical supply) located in the exhibition area.
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the RMS website and PDF programme booklet, with your logo linked to your preferred company website page.
  • Sponsorship will be acknowledged with your company logo in the presentation slides during the meeting. 
  • 1 Registration to attend the whole event. A discount code will be provided for them to register for the event. 

5-Minute Techno Bite Talk in the Main Programme

£TBC  

This includes the following: 

  • A 5-minute Techno Bite in the main programme. Your talk title will be included in the online programme and in the PDF programme booklet. 
  • 1 Registration for your Techno Bite presenter to attend the whole event. A discount code will be provided for them to register for the event.

When to book sponsorship

Bookings for sponsorship will open October 2026.

What will I need to provide at the time of booking?

RMS Account

  • Create an online account - If you have not already done so, you will need to create an online account in order to complete the sponsorship booking. To do this, go to the RMS Website Login page and create an online account. We would recommend this is set up prior to the bookings open, to ensure there is no delay to your submission.

Company Information

  • Company name as you would like it to be listed
  • Company logo and URL - You will be required to submit a current JPEG logo for your company and the URL that you wish the logo to be linked to from our sponsors page

Techno Bite Information

  • Techno Bite Title - Please start to consider what the topic of your talk will be. You will be required to submit your talk title on booking, along with the name of the presenter and their contact details

Invoice Information

  • Accounts contact name and email address
  • Company invoice address
  • Purchase Order number and VAT number if required

Other Information

Please note that the sponsoring company would be required to source and cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. We would recommend that you ensure that you have suitable insurance in place to cover last minute cancellation of in-person attendance. The RMS would not be liable for any travel and accommodation losses incurred in the event of cancellation by the society or your representative.
