Please submit your abstract below.
Final abstract deadline is 10:00 BST Monday 13 April 2026. (EDT 05:00, 11:00 CEST, AEST 19:00)
We will be accepting abstracts for submitted talks and poster presentations.
- Please ensure you submit it as a Microsoft Word document (not a PDF)
- Please ensure that you indicate your preference for a submitted talk or poster presentation
- Abstracts should be no more than 300 words in length
- Please include the title, all authors and their affiliations and indicate the presenting author
- You may include images or diagrams where appropriate
- You may also include references or keywords

- SPM Methods/Techniques
- UHV SPM

If you have made an error in your submission and need to make an edit or if you have submitted an abstract and haven't received a submission confirmation please email jessica@rms.org.uk. Please do not resubmit.
Poster presentations should be printed in A0 vertical (portrait) format (841 × 1189 mm), printed before hand and bought to the event with you. You will not be able to print your poster at the University of Leeds when you arrive.
Oral presentation slides should be prepared in 16:9 format and saved as a .pptx or .pdf file. Please bring a USB drive to upload your presentation onto the venue's laptop. You will be advised how long your talk should be and during what session on what day you'll be presenting once you have been selected.
