Timings

The programme will start at midday on Thursday 8 of January and will close on Friday 9 January at lunch time. This will be an in person meeting.

There will also be a meeting dinner on the evening of Thursday 8 of January, the cost of this dinner is included in your registration. If you do not wish to attend the dinner, or areunable to, please let me know in advance after you have registered to attend the meeting. 


Meals/Conference Dinner/Social Information

Registration includes full access to the meeting as well as lunches and the conference dinner. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements. We do ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the dinner. The venue for the conference dinner is still to be confirmed; once finalized, additional details will be provided.

Please note that admittance to the event is restricted to registered and authorised attendees only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate visitors or allow entry to non-registered individuals.

If you are from a commercial organisation (i.e. not an academic), a registration fee will apply. The cost per person will be announced shortly. Your ticket will include access to the full meeting, lunches and the conference dinner, as well as placement of your company logo on the sponsors page of the website, in the digital PDF booklet, and on the event holding slide.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of booking you have agreed to abide by the Code of Conduct set out for all attendees at RMS Events.

Attendee Information

Further information will be sent out to you, by email, nearer the time of the meeting. A PDF meeting booklet will also be sent out to you, by email, just before the meeting. To be more sustainable we will only be providing an electronic copy of the PDF booklet.
