The programme will start at midday on Thursday 8 of January and will close on Friday 9 January at lunch time. This will be an in person meeting.
There will also be a meeting dinner on the evening of Thursday 8 of January, the cost of this dinner is included in your registration. If you do not wish to attend the dinner, or areunable to, please let me know in advance after you have registered to attend the meeting.
Registration includes full access to the meeting, lunches on both days, and a meeting dinner on Thursday evening. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the dinner.
Please note that the dinner venue can accommodate a maximum of 140 attendees. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the total number of registrations exceeds this capacity, attendees who register after the dinner limit has been reached will unfortunately not be able to attend the dinner.

It will be a three-course meal, and attendees will need to make their own way to the venue after the first day of the meeting. The programme will finish at approximately 17:30, and dinner is scheduled for 19:00, allowing time to check into accommodation beforehand. The venue is centrally located, and you can view it on the map below.
Admittance to the event is restricted to registered and authorised attendees only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate visitors or allow entry to non-registered individuals.
If you are from a commercial organisation (i.e. not an academic), a registration fee will apply. Your ticket will include access to the full meeting, lunches and the conference dinner, as well as placement of your company logo on the sponsors page of the website, in the digital PDF booklet, and on the event holding slide.
