Event Sponsorship Opportunities and Commercial Attendee Tickets

Booking for sponsorship will open for

  • RMS Gold & Silver Corporate Members - Tuesday 13 October 14:00 BST

  • All Companies - Thursday 15 October 14:00 BST

Please note there is no exhibition at this meeting, or space for pop-up stands or literature. There is however a limited amount of 5-Minute Techno Bite presentations for sponsors to take part in, as well as networking opportunities at the meeting.

Commercial Sponsor of the Event including a 5-Minute Techno Bite Talk in the Main Programme - Includes 1 Registration 

£755 + VAT 

This includes the following: 

  • A 5-minute Techno Bite in the main programme. Your talk title will be included in the online programme and in the PDF programme booklet. 
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the RMS website and PDF programme booklet, with your logo linked to your preferred company website page.
  • Sponsorship will be acknowledged with your company logo in the presentation slides during the meeting. 
  • 1 Registration for your Techno Bite presenter to attend the 2-day event and the dinner on the 1st day. A discount code will be provided for them to register for the event. 
  • Post Event Delegate List - A list of registered delegates who have agreed to share their name and email address with the sponsors will be sent to you.
  • Additional Commercial Attendee tickets can be added to this ticket if required at £300 + VAT per person.

Additional Commercial Attendee Ticket

£300 + VAT per ticket - Maximum of 5 per company

This includes the following:

  • 1 Registration to attend the 2-day event and the dinner on the 1st day. A discount code will be provided for them to register for the event.
  • Please note you have to be a sponsor of this event to purchase this ticket.

Other Information

Please note that the sponsoring company would be required to source and cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. We would recommend that you ensure that you have suitable insurance in place to cover last minute cancellation of in-person attendance. The RMS would not be liable for any travel and accommodation losses incurred in the event of cancellation by the society or your representative.
