Each symposium will include oral presentations selected from submitted abstracts and have an associated poster session.

Abstracts will be assessed by the relevant Symposium Organiser and will be published in the Conference Programme Booklet and online. Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall on the appropriate day.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Register for on-line abstract submission and you will receive information on how to submit.
• Look at the Conference Programme and see which symposium is most suitable for presenting your work, make a note of the relevant ID.
• Prepare your abstract (max 250 words) in accordance with the above.
• Oral abstracts will be allowed approximately 15 minutes of presentation time.
• Submit your abstract, indicating in which symposium you wish to be included.
• Deadline for oral abstracts is 10th March 2010.
• Deadline for poster abstracts is 14th March 2010.
• All presenting authors must register and attend MICROSCIENCE 2010.

If your Oral abstract has been accepted for presentation you must then register for the conference on-line then turn up on the day ready to speak. All the lecture theatres are equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment and PC's with technicians on-hand to load and test your presentation.
