Sponsorship is on sale now.
We have limited sponsorship opportunities for this event. For event sponsors there will be four opportunities to present a 10-Minute Techno Bite Presentation (one per company). The Techno Bites will take place in the afternoon between 13:00 - 16:00 BST, and can be presented in person at The Loughborough University.
Please note there is no exhibition at this meeting.
Sponsorship of the Event with a 10-Minute Techno Bite Presentation - includes 1 Registration
£325 + VAT
- This includes a 10-minute Techno Bite presentation in the afternoon and to present the Techno Bite in person at the Loughborough University.
- This sponsorship opportunity includes your company logo with link to your preferred URL. Your company logo will be displayed on the RMS website and your sponsorship will be acknowledged in the holding slides for the event.
- The sponsor can display one pop-up banner in the designated area.
- Post Event Delegate List - A list of registered delegates who have agreed to share their name and email address with the sponsors will be sent to you.
- Please note this include one registration to the afternoon workshop in person.
Sponsorship of the Event - No registration included
£150 + VAT
- This sponsorship opportunity includes your company logo with link to your preferred URL. Your company logo will be displayed on the RMS website and your sponsorship will be acknowledged in the holding slides for the event.
- Post Event Delegate List - A list of registered delegates who have agreed to share their name and email address with the sponsors will be sent to you.
- Please note this does not include any attendance to the event in person. This event is free to attend online.
Techno Bite places are limited to 4 talks. Once the limit of 4 Techno Bite places has been reached, the online booking system will not allow this option to be selected. In this event, there will be an opportunity to be added to a waiting list, and you will be contacted should a space become available.
Other Information
Please note that the sponsoring company would be required to source and cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. We would recommend that you ensure that you have suitable insurance in place to cover last minute cancellation of in-person attendance. The RMS would not be liable for any travel and accommodation losses incurred in the event of cancellation by the society or your representative.
