For current sponsors who would like to add additional tickets, please login to your RMS account which you made the sponsorship booking with, and go to your events, select the event, and select get more tickets.

Venue Rooms: We will be using the Panorama Suite (Meeting Room) and Panorama Lounge (Exhibition & Catering), located on the 8th Floor of the Building. For any accessibility requirements for the venue please see the Information tab HERE.

Previous Event : Frontiers in Bioimaging 2024 was held in Oxford, and was a two day meeting and exhibition. The event attracted over 75 attendees, and 14 Exhibiting companies.

  • Includes a standard trestle table, two chairs and electrical supply in the main exhibition area. 
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the RMS website and PDF programme booklet, with your logo linked to your preferred company website page.
  • Sponsorship will be acknowledged with your company logo in the presentation slides during the meeting.
  • This opportunity includes one meeting registration, which includes refreshments and lunch.
  • Post Event Delegate List - A list of registered delegates who have agreed to share their name and email address with the sponsors will be sent to you.
  • Additional Commercial Attendee tickets can be added to this ticket if required at £100 + VAT per person.

This opportunity includes one additional meeting registration, which includes refreshments and lunch.

Be recognised as the sponsor of the poster prize at the event by having your logo displayed on the poster prize information, and receive acknowledgement during the event.

Additional Company Representative Ticket

£100 + VAT

1 x Company Representative Ticket, which includes refreshments and lunch. A discount code will be supplied, so they can apply this at the checkout when they register.

 

Other Information

Please note that the sponsoring company would be required to source and cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. We would recommend that you ensure that you have suitable insurance in place to cover last minute cancellation of in-person attendance. The RMS would not be liable for any travel and accommodation losses incurred in the event of cancellation by the society or your representative.
