Sponsorship and Exhibition Information

Bookings will not be taken until the following dates:

  • RMS Corporate Members - at 11:00 BST on Wednesday 24 June 2026
  • All Companies - at 11:00 BST on Wednesday 8 July 2026 - Subject to Availability

A link will be sent out in advance on the day the bookings go on sale. Once the limit of exhibitor, and techno bites opportunities has been reached, the online booking system will not allow these options to be selected. In this event, there will be an opportunity to be added to a waiting list, and you will be contacted should a space become available. 

Tabletop Exhibition Stand with Sponsorship of the Event

  • Includes a standard trestle table, two chairs and electrical supply in the main exhibition area. Exhibition period from 22 March to 23 March. No exhibition on 24 March. 
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the RMS website and PDF programme booklet, with your logo linked to your preferred company website page.
  • Sponsorship will be acknowledged with your company logo in the presentation slides during the meeting.
  • This opportunity includes one meeting registration, which includes refreshments and lunch. Please note that dinner is not included on the evening of Tuesday 23 March. Dinner tickets can be purchased for £65 + VAT if you would like to attend.
  • Post Event Delegate List - A list of registered delegates who have agreed to share their name and email address with the sponsors will be sent to you.
  • Additional Exhibitor Ticket - can be added to this ticket if required at £200 + VAT per person for attending the two exhibition days (Monday & Tuesday) or £300 + VAT per person for attending all three days (Monday - Wednesday). 
  • Additional Dinner tickets can be added to this ticket if required at £65 + VAT per person.

This opportunity includes one additional meeting registration, which includes refreshments and lunch.

Poster Prizes

Sponsors of the event have the opportunity to support the poster competition with poster prizes.

Other Information

Please note that the sponsoring company would be required to source and cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. We would recommend that you ensure that you have suitable insurance in place to cover last minute cancellation of in-person attendance. The RMS would not be liable for any travel and accommodation losses incurred in the event of cancellation by the society or your representative.
