 Timings

The programme is expected to start on Monday morning and finish on Wednesday around midday. Please note that the exact timings are still to be confirmed. This will be an in-person meeting, and there will be no opportunity to attend online. A full programme will be added to the website after the abstract submission deadline.

Registration Fees

The fees stated below are for attendance to the whole meeting. Please note this does not include accommodation which you will need to book separately.

A late registration fee of £50 will be added after 12:00 GMT on Friday 5 February 2027 and the invoice option on registration will close at the same time.  Registration will close on Friday 26 February at 12:00 GMT.

Admittance to this event is for registered and authorised attendees.  Unfortunately we cannot permit access to visitors or allow non-registered persons to enter the meeting or exhibition areas.  If you have any questions, please contact the RMS event contact for this event.

 Attendee Information

Further information will be sent out to you, by email, nearer the time of the meeting. A pdf meeting booklet will also be sent out to you, by email, just before the meeting. To be more sustainable we will only be providing an electronic copy of the pdf booklet. You are welcome to print a copy of the programme to bring with you to the event, unfortunately we are unable to provide any printed copies on the day. Conference Dinner

Your ticket includes a three-course served dinner at Homerton College  at the Dining Hall.

You will be asked to provide any dietary requirements during the registration process. Please ensure these are submitted by the stated deadline. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your dietary requirements in time, we will be unable to accommodate them for either the lunches or the conference dinner.

Please note that alcoholic beverages are not included with the conference dinner. However, a bar will be available on site, where you can purchase any additional drinks. Please note that the bar accepts card payments only.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. We recommend staying at Homerton College, where the meeting is being held, or at nearby accommodation for your convenience.

Please note that only single rooms are available at Homerton College. After registering for the meeting, you will receive a booking code in your confirmation email, which you can use to reserve your room.

Rooms are available from Monday 22 March 2027 onwards. Unfortunately, accommodation is not available on Sunday 21 March 2027, as the student residences will still be occupied. If you plan to arrive the day before the meeting, you will need to arrange alternative accommodation for the Sunday night.
