A link will be sent out in advance on the day the bookings go on sale. Once the limit of exhibitor, and techno bites opportunities has been reached, the online booking system will not allow these options to be selected. In this event, there will be an opportunity to be added to a waiting list, and you will be contacted should a space become available. Please contact the RMS Sponsorship team if you are not already on the circulation list RMS Sponsorship and Exhibition Team.

  • Includes a standard trestle table, two chairs and electrical supply in the main exhibition area. 
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the RMS website and PDF programme booklet, with your logo linked to your preferred company website page.
  • Sponsorship will be acknowledged with your company logo in the presentation slides during the meeting.
  • This opportunity includes one meeting registration, which includes refreshments and lunch.
  • Post Event Delegate List - A list of registered delegates who have agreed to share their name and email address with the sponsors will be sent to you.
  • Additional Commercial Attendee tickets can be added to this ticket if required at £100 + VAT per person.

Sponsors of the event have the opportunity to add a 10-minute Techno Bite talk to their booking. 

This opportunity includes one additional meeting registration, which includes refreshments and lunch.

One Page A4 Advert in the PDF Programme Booklet

£100 + VAT 

A One Page A4 Advert in the PDF Programme Booklet, which will be sent to the delegates before the event.

Lunch and Coffee/Tea Sponsorship

£250 + VAT 

An opportunity exists to sponsor the lunch and coffee/tea on the day. Your contribution will be acknowledged in the PDF programme booklet and on the day at the venue.

What will I need to provide at the time of booking?

RMS Account

  • Create an online account - If you have not already done so, you will need to create an online account in order to complete the sponsorship booking. To do this, go to the RMS Website Login page and create an online account. We would recommend this is set up prior to the bookings open, to ensure there is no delay to your submission.

Company Information

  • Company name as you would like it to be listed
  • Company logo and URL - You will be required to submit a current JPEG logo for your company and the URL that you wish the logo to be linked to from our sponsors page

Techno Bite Information

  • Techno Bite Title - Please start to consider what the topic of your talk will be. You will be required to submit your talk title on booking, along with the name of the presenter and their contact details

Invoice Information

  • Accounts contact name and email address
  • Company invoice address
  • Purchase Order number and VAT number if required

Other Information

Please note that the sponsoring company would be required to source and cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. We would recommend that you ensure that you have suitable insurance in place to cover last minute cancellation of in-person attendance. The RMS would not be liable for any travel and accommodation losses incurred in the event of cancellation by the society or your representative.
