Experimental Medicine Division/Translational Gastroenterology Unit, University of Oxford

The EMD/TGU flow cytometry facility is based in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, and offers a high-quality cell sorting and analysis service. The facility has a LSRII SORP and LSRFortessa analysers, a Cytek Aurora spectral cytometer and a FACSAriaIII cell sorter. All users are fully trained to use the analysers and we offer advice on all aspects of flow cytometry experiments, including sample preparation and panel design. We welcome users from both within and outside of the University of Oxford
