The Don Mason Flow Cytometry Facility

A University of Oxford core facility situated in the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology, the Don Mason Facility of Flow Cytometry offers state-of-the-art single cell sorting and analysis services to scientists from across the UK. We offer the best service we can from the start to finish of any experiment involving flow cytometry. This includes advice on sample preparation, panel design, compensation of fluorescent spill over, flow data analysis, and cell sorting.

There is also a workstation with FlowJo and IDEAS (Imagestream software analysis) installed available for our users.

We have users with a variety of projects. Most of them are focused on immunology, phenotyping, drug discovery, vaccine development, bacteria, translocation, phagocytosis and many more
