UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health Flow Cytometry Core Facility

The facility has five cell analysers: LSRII, CyAn, FACSymphony A5 fitted with 5 lasers and a 780nm Infra-Red laser, FACSymphony A5 fitted with 5 lasers, CytoFLEX S, and FACSCalibur. The facility offers cell sorting on the latest technology from Beckman Coulter and Becton Dickinson, the high speed cell sorters MoFlo XDP, FACSAria III, and FACSMelody.
