Human Brain Vascular Pericytes (HBVP)
Human Brain Vascular Pericytes (HBVP) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human brain tissue. HBVP are cryopreserved at secondary culture after purification and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HBVP are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to α-smooth muscle actin. HBVP are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HBVP are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings in the condition provided by Creative Bioarray.
