Apply to join the RMS Council
RMS members are being encouraged to apply for the role of 'Ordinary Member' on the RMS Council.
Applications are open to any RMS member who has an interest – at any level – in microscopy, cytometry and/or imaging. There is no entry level requirement.
Being part of the RMS Council is a great opportunity to give back to your profession, to enhance your CV and career prospects and to be part of a vibrant, dedicated and supportive group of your peers.
The RMS Council has a specific remit to ‘direct and manage the affairs and property of the Society’. All 'Ordinary Members' are elected at the Society’s Annual General Meeting, and serve for a three-year term of Office.
Successful applicants will be fully supported in their new role, and we encourage anyone, at any stage in their career to apply. We look forward to receiving your nomination!
